Submission Guidelines

Winter Around the World. Let's Glow SF has traditionally held a theme of celebrating San Francisco during the winter holiday. We are looking for projects that are celebratory and uplifting to a general audience. Artists can interpret the “Winter Around the World” theme and draw inspiration from across cultures and time periods, past, present, and future. We look forward to witnessing your creativity and imagination!
Grants range from $3,000 – $25,000 depending on duration, complexity, and artist's demonstrated experience.
Travel and lodging to San Francisco is not provided as part of the grant, but we welcome artists to attend the event.
Please fill out the form below and submit up to three mockup images (stills or video).
Please note that we may suggest you adapt your concept to an alternative building choice based on the overall schedule.

Mockup image uploads Attach mockup image(s) based on the chosen building template. Up to 3 files (JPG, PNG, or PDF). Keep total under ~5 MB so they attach to the email. If your images are larger than 5mb then please provide us a separate download link in your submission.

Video mockup link (if applicable) Optional. If your mockup is a video, paste a shareable link (Vimeo, YouTube, Google Drive, Dropbox). Make sure viewing access is enabled.

Duration * Pieces run 1–5 minutes.

Project budget * Requested grant, based on duration, complexity, and artist's demonstrated experience. Range: $3,000 – $25,000.
